- Non-refundable application fee: Regular RO ₹10,000 (other), ₹5,000 (OBC), ₹3,000 (SC/ST); Rural RO ₹8,000, ₹4,000, ₹2,500.
- After the draw or bid, the LOI holder pays 10% of the security deposit as Initial Security Deposit and uploads documents.
